This is the only English (yes English!) restaurant I have come across in Italy and the food is amazing! The chef - who gives his name to the eaterie - is an obsessive perfectionist who creates the most beautiful and outrageously tasty food. The decor is high chique retro 70's international style with sculptural white chairs and wood panelled walls. Altogether an elegant and delicious experience.
